This initiative, facilitated by the Lezama Group, marks a significant milestone in fostering international cooperation in the domains of gastronomy, hospitality, and cultural exchange.
Under this partnership, three students from COTHM Haseeb, Afnan and Ahtisham have been registered in the esteemed Spanish institute, ESHS. The students are currently enrolled in a study program under the mentorship of head chef Juan Atalaya and the supervision of the ESHS team. The collaborative effort has been coordinated with the support from Joaquin Martinez, CEO of the Lezama Group.
The collaboration between COTHM and ESHS is not solely centered around study programme, it also symbolizes a commitment to enriching the educational experiences of students from both institutions. Key areas of focus for the partnership include increasing enrollments from Pakistan, fostering relationships within the Eurhodip member countries, and creating opportunities for Spanish students to explore Pakistani cuisine, hospitality, and culture at COTHM.
Both institutions express confidence in the mutual benefits that will emerge from this collaboration. COTHM anticipates that its students will gain valuable insights into Spanish gastronomy, hospitality, and culture, becoming ambassadors of goodwill and friendship.
