Unilever Food Solutions conducted its product evaluation in the kitchens of College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) in the presence of its higher management.
As per details, Unilever Food Solutions conducted its food trials and product evaluations at COTHM where Unilever’s South East Asia Lead Ivan Lu, Unilever Pakistan Country Head Sajjad Akbar, Marketing Lead Umer Waqar, GSM Amir Tagar, Sales Chef Lahore Chef Usman Majeed and Operator Marketeer Nida Hasan also participated.
Chef Usman Majeed cooked multiple dishes with different products of Unilever Food Solutions, the Unilever team tasted the food and conveyed their instant feedback.
While talking to Hospitality Plus, Ivan Lu said that COTHM is the best place where a food company can do its internal ideations and evaluations. “We are having internal ideation on our products and the facility of COTHM’s kitchens has been quite helpful in it”, said Lu.
Nida Hassan said that ideation and evaluation sessions are a regular activity of food companies and our experience with COTHM is quite satisfactory in this regard.
