College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) marked International Fried Chicken Day with a vibrant celebration showcasing culinary prowess and creativity. The event, held on July 6, 2024, saw enthusiastic participation from COTHM students who showcased their talent in cooking various fried chicken items.
KnN’s, Shafaq Oil, Islanders Choice, and McDonald’s joined as activity partners, contributing to the success of the event. KnN’s provided high-quality chicken, Shafaq Oil supplied cooking oil, and Islanders Choice offered its premium Chicken Fry Mix for participants to create their dishes. Additionally, McDonald’s generously provided meals for all participants, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Participants competed fiercely, demonstrating their skills in crafting delicious fried chicken creations. COTHM recognized the outstanding talents with cash prizes, motivating students to excel in the culinary arts.
