AirSial will add two aircraft to its fleet this month to launch its international operations from Pakistan to several countries.

According to the details, the two A320-200 aircrafts with passengers’ capacity of 180 will be purchased by the airline on 6-8 years lease. The private airline’s fleet will expand to five after the two aircraft arrive.

The plane is leased by BOC Aviation, a global aircraft leasing company.

Recently, Sialkot’s business-men-operated airline obtained permission from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to begin its operations on international routes mainly Muslim countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Iraq. . Currently, work on the overhaul and design of the aircraft is in the final stages. The aircraft is expected to arrive in Pakistan between September 10 and 15, pending regulatory approvals from various agencies.

AirSial started operations in December 2020. The airline offers weekly flights from Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. The airline was established by the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry to improve air service to and from Pakistan.
