Alpine Club of Pakistan (APC) president Mr. Abu Zafar Sadiq briefed foreign trekkers and mountaineers on Eid Day. A trekking team from Spain arrived and was to leave for Gondogoro La via K-2 base camp on the same day. The President briefed the team about rules and regulations, socio-culture social values of GB along with environmental care and safety of the team. Sadiq also made the team well aware of calling for help in case of any danger. This season recorded number of trekkers and mountaineers visiting Gilgit-Baltistan. The team thanked president for briefing on Eid Festival of prime importance for Muslims.
