CAP bids farewell to its former chief patron Chef Zubair Khan

 

Chef Muhammad Zubair Khan, Chief Patron of the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan, resigned from his office due to his health issues. Office bearers, executive members, Corporate Vice President Waqar Ilyas Khan, along with the Founder Secretary General of CAP, Ahmad Shafiq, organized an honorable farewell for the veteran Chef of the hospitality industry of Pakistan to accord him a befitting good bye.

Ahmad Shafiq, lauded Zubair Khan’s invaluable services for the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan and, at the same time, acknowledged his precious contribution to the hospitality industry of Pakistan. He also highlighted the role of the association in providing a platform for the chefs of Pakistan where they can express their talent through national and international competitions. The association, he said, is unfolding equal opportunities for the chefs of Pakistan to grab opportunities of career and professional development for them.

Chef Zubair Khan expressed his gratitude for the executive committee and the management of CAP for their recognition of his services. Expressing his feelings on this occasion, he said,” with great respect for the office bearers, executive committee and the management of the Chef’ Association of Pakistan (CAP), due to my health issues, I would like to submit my resignation to quit my charge as Chief Patron, an honorary office of the Chef’ Association of Pakistan. It was indeed a great pleasure for me to contribute my professional services while holding my office and today I wish the best of luck for the progress and growth of the Chfs’ Association of Pakistan. On a personal note, I would like to pledge to remain loyal to the constitution of the association. I will feel honored in offering any kind of professional cooperation towards the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan any time in the future. I will be available to guide and motivate the young chefs to help them succeed in their career.”

At the end of the farewell ceremony, CAP Secretary General Ahmad Shafiq along with the executive members, Corporate VP Waqar Ilyas Khan and the office bearers, presented flowers and souvenir to Chef Muhammad Zubair Khan.
