The China Cultural Center in Pakistan launched a series of online activities to celebrate “2022 China Tourism and Culture Week” in September. The official launch ceremony of the “Chinese Tourism Culture Week” is scheduled for September 6 in Beijing.
Minister of Culture and Tourism Hu Heping will attend and speak at the event. Coinciding with the launch ceremony, China Tourism and Culture Week 2022 will begin in September and end on September 15. The event aims to promote tourism and culture through six themes, including urban construction, intangible cultural heritage for poverty reduction, yellow river culture, the silk road, rural revitalization and the course of trip to China.
Documentaries on intangible cultural heritage in Xizang, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Beijing aim to portray the role of intangible cultural heritage in reducing poverty across China.
A week of cultural and tourism enrichment activities will bring a cultural and tourist celebration to spectators from all over Pakistan.
In the coming weeks, the China Cultural Center in Pakistan will be sharing various interesting virtual and online activities through short videos, trailers and posters on performances, culture, cultural heritage, cuisine, beautiful landscapes and more.
