College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) conducted its inter-campuses competitions at Iftech Exhibition held at Expo Center Lahore from September 22 to September 24, 2022.
As per details, COTHM conducted multiple cooking competitions in different cooking and baking categories at a three-day Iftech Exhibition held at Expo Center Lahore. A large number of students participated in the competitions from 10AM to 6PM and displayed their amazing art of cooking and baking.
To conduct the activity in a smooth yet professional manner, Unilever Food Solutions, Shan Foods, Young’s, Vibgyor, Dairy Life, Sufi Oils, KnN’s, Wrapster, and Samra Foods sponsored their products while Unilever Food Solutions and Young’s also partnered in executional costs.
While talking to media, COTHM CEO Ahmad Shafiq said that COTHM is training Pakistani youth in culinary and baking arts and exhibitions like Iftech are the best opportunities to avail for the professional exposure of our students.
