The management of COTHM Pakistan & Dubai inaugurated its new branch in Islamabad on November 30, 2019 which is its fourteenth in Pakistan while one is already there in Dubai.

According a warm welcome to the general managers of five star hotels, CEOs of the top notch restaurants and travel management companies, diplomats, ambassadors, politicians, journalists and notables of the civil society, COTHM Pakistan & Dubai CEO Ahmad Shafiq expressed his gratitude for their precious support. COTHM, he said, was putting in the best of efforts to meet the human resource and workforce needs of the hospitality and tourism industry to keep it growing and sustainable. He further said the management of COTHM had a vision to empower the youth of Pakistan economically and socially, through a meaningful educational model. He lauded the vision of the government for the development and promotion of the tourism industry in Pakistan.

The guests of honor commended the role of COTHM in developing the youth of Pakistan leading them to an excellent career in the hospitality and tourism industry internationally.

Faisal Javed Khan highly appreciated the role that COTHM was playing to empower the youth of Pakistan through education and training. The government, he said, was also committed to creating new jobs for the youth and hospitality & tourism industry was an important sector for achieving this objective.

He said the government was determined to make tourism a potent economic sector to boost the economy of Pakistan which would play a significant role in creating employment opportunities for the youth of Pakistan.
