Culinary competitions among various countries were held in the historic city of Tashkent from November 6 to 8, 2019 under the banner of Delicious Uzbekistan where young chefs from COTHM enlightened the name of Pakistan by securing 21 medals in the culinary competitions. Under the captaincy of Chef Raees, Alina Ghayas, Waseem Butt, Muaaz Nadeem, Umar Farooq and Bilal Shahbaz from COTHM Lahore and Batool Haider, Ans Imran, Muhammad Salman, Maida Siddique, Sobia Anjum and Khizar Tahir from COTHM Karachi participated in the competitions. COTHM Johar Town Director Mian Shahid as team manager & Chef Tipu Imran as coach were there with the team. By grabbing a considerable number of medals in these competitions, Pakistani culinary talent, as always, has proved that Pakistanis can do wonders in every walk of life.
