In a drive to expand, one of the top airlines in the world, Flydubai, has announced plans to hire more than 1,000 people this year. Over 110 locations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia are currently served by the airline. It wants to improve the staff across all of its departments.

A Flydubai spokesperson told press that 1,120 new employees will join the company overall this year. The low-cost carrier has already hired 320 people since the year 2023 began, and by the end of the year, more than 800 more posts are anticipated to be filled. Pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and office personnel will all play a part in this.

This employment initiative will result in a huge 24% increase in the airline’s workforce when compared to the prior year. Interviews for open vacancies are held in the UAE, either in person or online, and sometimes outside the UAE on specified recruitment days, according to the airline spokesperson.
