Chocolate Academy is once again opening its doors to the wonderful world of chocolate, baking
and pastry arts with its 3 months grand diploma in chocolate and pastry which has been started
since 4 th July. Beginners will be mentored by renowned pastry chefs and chocolatiers.
The course is specifically designed for people who want to build on their baking skills and kick-
start their dream career. This program will help meet the demand locally for trained bakers, by
delivering hands-on training to locals with a clear pathway to an apprenticeship.
Notably, Grand Diploma will provide students with the practical and hands-on skills they need
to work in a commercial bakery, learning on state-of-the-art equipment at chocolate Academy.
Students of the new batch will learn everything from how to make the best sponge cakes and
pastry products, to bread production, hygiene, and work health and safety components.
