Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn in Hyderabad, Scheduled to open in 2027, Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North is a real estate development project undertaken in partnership with Gohar Group, and it will be the first Hilton Garden Inn branded hotel in Sindh, Pakistan.

Hilton Garden Inn will be located in a significant area in the northern part of Hyderabad city. This property will be part of the Gohar Gate Master Plan development, which includes a hotel, residential towers, shopping, and recreational facilities. It’s close to famous religious shrines of the city like Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai. The hotel is situated on the Hyderabad Bypass, allowing easy access from the M9 and N5 motorways towards Karachi and Lahore respectively.

Hilton Garden Inn in Hyderabad North will feature 137 rooms including king, twin, and accessible rooms along with four family suites. The hotel will have a fitness center and outdoor pool, a lobby café and juice bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and a rooftop café. Business travelers can benefit from four meeting rooms, while onsite parking will be available for all the guests.
