Department of Food Nutrition & Safety Sciences held a session on the “Importance of Safe Food Handling and Hygiene” for the students of Bakinghttps://www.hospitalityplus.com.pk/ & Fondant Art at Chocolate Academy.
The objective of the session was to promote the concepts that how a baker can improve its sale by preventing the risk of safe food poisoning from baked goods and how to store them properly to increase their shelf life.
Department of Food Nutrition & Safety Sciences Head Marriam Ali talked to the students in the session and explained the risks of food poisoning and the points on how to avoid those risks properly.
