Renowned International Chocolatier and Pastry Chef Aravinda Leelarathna has reached Pakistan for conducting a series of dessert and chocolate workshops at Chocolate Academy Pakistan and College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM).
As per details, Chef Aravinda Leelarathna upon the invitation of Chocolate Academy and COTHM has landed in Pakistan to teach and train the future chocolatiers and culinary artists.
Upon his arrival, the international chocolatier was welcomed by the students and staff of the Chocolate Academy and COTHM. He was also given a round of the college and academy and briefed about different initiatives of both the organisations.
While talking to Hospitality Plus (HP), Leelarathna said that he was happy to see people greeting him in Pakistan. He also said that he would try to impart maximum chocolate and dessert making skills to the participants of the workshops so that they may utilise those skills at their professional platforms.
Aravinda is an experienced executive sous chef with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. He holds the title of ‘Middle East Chocolate Master’. He is skilled in chocolate making, baking and catering, culinary skills, food & beverage, hotel management, and banquet operations.
