Eating out is fun but it becomes an absolute pleasure when you go eating with your favourite people on some special occasion and at a place that lets you experience the ambience, variety of food and taste at a time.
Birthday of my wife was approaching and I had to decide on a place which would not only be accepted rather admired by her; as the location of one’s wife’s birthday celebration is actually the half celebration.
On a random visit to Emporium by Nishat with friends, I happened to see the wonderful branding of ‘Lemon Garden’ there. Just to get some idea of the place, I visited the restaurant and it actually made me decide to celebrate my wife’s birthday there. As the name ‘Lemon Garden’ suggests, the whole restaurant was set and arranged with the theme of beautiful yellow lemons and various food items were put up there in a decorative way. Without any hesitation, I reserved my seats for the special occasion; now the quality of food was the worry.
On the day of her birthday, we both with our two twin kids Raas and Raaj reached the place at the decided time. As ‘Lemon Gardon’ is located inside Nishat Hotel, parking the car was not a hitch; even the staff was cooperative enough to escort us to the restaurant.
The first word of my wife while entering the ‘Lemon garden’ was ‘AMAZING’; the half celebration was done. Beautifully designed lemon-themed ‘Lemon Garden’ was actually creating the impression of a garden where we could not only have food but also enjoy our time as well.
Without any delay, we were escorted to our reserved seats and served with a wonderful welcome drink; the lemonade. Now was the time to experience the food and from appetizers to desserts we tasted almost all the items put up in the buffet; the food was just amazingly delicious. I liked the range of desserts the most; the cream cone specially became the most favourite of my kids. Haleem and Kebabs had that special desi touch while Gol Gappas were the real delight.
One good thing about Lemon Garden is that unlike other buffet places it has a limited range of food but whatever it is offering is ultimate in its taste and texture. All the food is cooked by senior and certified chefs who not only bring taste to the food but also take care of the nutrition value of the food.
And the thing that makes Lemon Garden different and distinct among others is its lemon-themed setting. A net of yellow lemons with green leaves spread on the walls and mirror panels of the restaurant create the impression of a real garden. In short, if you want to make your dining experience a memorable one, Lemon Garden is the best place to dine at.
