A high-level delegation from Nestlé Professional, led by Jeroen Pluijmers, Regional Business Head for the Asia, Oceania, and Africa (AOA) Zone, recently visited the Head Office of the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM). The delegation included Nausheen Jaffery, Business Executive Officer; Muhammad Hassan Khan, National Sales Manager; Uzair Ahmad, Channel Manager; Raza Ahmad, Brand Manager; and Hira Laique, Advisory Chef.
COTHM Founder/President & CEO Ahmad Shafiq along with COTHM’s team welcomed the esteemed guests and led them on a comprehensive tour of the institute’s state-of-the-art facility. The tour showcased COTHM’s commitment to developing top-tier culinary and hospitality education, with dedicated labs and innovative training spaces that prepare students for excellence in the industry.
A highlight of the visit was an impressive Kit Kat display prepared by students of the Chocolate Academy, specially curated to celebrate Nestlé’s legacy in confectionery. This creative presentation received admiration from the Nestlé delegation for its professional design and intricate detailing.
Additionally, COTHM students demonstrated their skills by preparing a variety of mocktails using Nestlé Professional products, offering unique flavors and artistic presentations that delighted the guests. Jeroen Pluijmers personally commended the students, noting the impressive talent and innovation they displayed in using Nestlé products to create outstanding culinary experiences.
