The sun was shining, laughter filled the air, and the delightful aroma of chocolate wafted through the halls of the Chocolate Academy. Our Kid’s Summer Activity program came to an end in the most enchanting way possible – with a hi-tea event that saw our young chefs showcasing their culinary creations to their proud parents.

The summer program at Chocolate Academy is designed to inspire and educate young minds. This year, the program included a series of engaging activities focused on chocolate making, baking, and culinary arts. Kids learned the fundamentals of working with chocolate, from tempering to molding, and explored various recipes.

Our philosophy is simple: learning by doing. Throughout the summer, children engaged in hands-on activities that allowed them to experience the joy of creating something delicious from scratch. The excitement was palpable as they mixed ingredients, molded chocolates, and baked treats.

Beyond the fun and excitement, our program aimed to build essential skills. Kids learned about teamwork, following instructions, and the science behind baking and chocolate making. These activities not only enhanced their culinary skills but also boosted their confidence and creativity.

As the summer program drew to a close, the anticipation for the hi-tea event grew. The children were eager to showcase what they had learned. They spent the final days preparing an array of treats, including chocolates truffles, vanilla cupcakes, cookies, and donuts.

The academy was transformed into a charming hi-tea setting. Tables were elegantly laid out with fine china, floral arrangements, and beautifully crafted menus. The children took pride in arranging the tables and ensuring everything was perfect for their parents.

Parents arrived, greeted by the delightful sight of their children’s creations. The excitement was mutual as kids proudly welcomed their parents, ready to serve them the treats they had worked so hard on.

Chocolate was, of course, the star of the show. From rich, creamy truffles to beautifully decorated chocolate bars, the young chefs had mastered the art of working with this beloved ingredient. The parents were amazed at the variety and quality of the chocolate treats on offer.

In addition to sweet treats, the children prepared a range of savory items. Pizza, stuffed chicken bread, tacos and drinks provided a perfect balance to the sweet offerings. The parents appreciated the variety and the effort put into creating a well-rounded menu.

The hi-tea event was a heartwarming celebration of the children’s hard work and learning. Parents beamed with pride as they tasted the delicious creations, and the children glowed with the satisfaction of a job well done.

For the children, this event was more than just a hi-tea; it was a culmination of their summer of learning and creativity. They took home not just the skills they had acquired, but also fond memories of a summer well spent.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the parents for their support and enthusiasm throughout the program. Your encouragement and participation made this event truly special.
